What data we collect
The name, email address, telephone number and message you type into the contact form. Nothing else is collected, and the site does not use cookies for advertising or profiling.
Why we collect it
Solely to answer your enquiry about renting the apartment and, if you go ahead, to arrange the rental. Your data is not used for marketing and is never sold.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box before sending the form, and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Who else sees it
The form is processed by Netlify, Inc. (United States), which stores the submissions and forwards them by email. Netlify acts as a data processor and transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. No one else receives your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a rental are deleted within one year. If a rental agreement is signed, the data is kept for as long as the law requires for contractual and tax purposes.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of its use, or portability, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to salvador.mauri@gmail.com. If you believe your data has been mishandled you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
